Led by Dr. Alfonso Espinel, MD, our board-certified providers bring over 20 years of experience delivering efficient, high-quality, and affordable care for both routine and complex medical needs. We welcome walk-ins and appointments, accept most major insurance plans, and offer affordable self-pay options. Our team proudly serves patients in both English and Spanish.

Our Story
PrimeHealth Urgent Care was built for one purpose: to care for our community like family.
When we opened our first location in Parrish on August 3, 2020, the world was facing one of its most challenging moments. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we were the only urgent care in our area that remained open to care for COVID patients, standing by our community through uncertainty, fear, and change.
Since then, we’ve had the privilege of caring for over 500.000 patients in our community—through the hard times and the good ones. That commitment has never wavered. We’ve continued to hold ourselves to the highest standards of care, something reflected in our 900+ five-star patient reviews and the lasting trust we’ve earned.

At PrimeHealth Urgent Care, Dr. Alfonso Espinel, MD, offers convenient walk-in medical services for non-life-threatening conditions. These include minor injuries, flu symptoms, abscesses, COVID-19 testing, X-ray services, school and sports physicals, asthma, athletic injuries, STD testing, and more.
